About the founder | Ruby Minocha

Ruby Minocha is a passionate personality who founded “Ruby Sequence Foundation” for the task of Public Welfare. She has taken a number of assignments for the Welfare of the society. At the age of 18, she lost her father and after completion of higher secondary, being the only daughter in her family, she started struggling for bread and butter, due to the help from the society and people around her, she finally got into the salon industry as a helper, after that due to her hardwork, dedication, God’s will and 15 years of experience she was able to start her own salon. As the salon industry had given her a stand when she was in need, after opening her own salon she wanted to give back, she not only trained people and gave them the skill to become independent and start earning for their family. She also motivated them and changed their thinking optimistically.
Her husband, Mr. Sanjay, has been the pillar who helped her start her own salon. As her life was spent struggling and due to the hard starting of her life she was motivated to establish this organization for the people, for the society, for the nation.
The thought of giving back and contributing to the welfare of the society came around 2015 when she met some influencial people who were also trying to do something for the nation. During the unfortunate Covid Pandemic, Ruby had again came in contact with people who wanted to contribute to the needy and poor.

Now, she has lit a light with Ruby’s Sequence Foundation to try to remove poverty, malnutrition, poor education system, uplifting the life of the needy by providing them skill based education and more and a much needed step towards the welfare of masses.

Our pledge is improvisation of common people till the last breath of our life.
